PSTN Backup hardware

It is important to assure your customers of 100% availability with their new IP PBX. We recommend the addition of PSTN line cards to the iVox PBX, for connection to legacy analogue and ISDN lines.

The line cards will come pre-installed in the PBX, there is no installation or configuration required

The iVox PBX can re-route outbound calls to the PSTN lines in case of an IP/Internet failure. Then for inbound calls iVox can divert the calls at the network level, to the PSTN lines at the customer site.
